This 5 Ws principle will structure your thinking, allowing you to better prepare for the days ahead and avoid surprises (often unpleasant ones). You'll have a clear mind for what's important!

Life isn't always a bed of roses… and neither is our mood. Sometimes we get up on the wrong side of the bed, we hear bad news, we get stuck in traffic when we have an important appointment. There are a thousand reasons that can throw our mood off.
Even though it's not always easy (or even possible) to fight against this, we have a few tips to help you resist as best you can:

  • Take a step back and try to put things into perspective. In some cases, unforeseen events or unexpected news aren't entirely negative.
  • Feeling a little down? Listen to music that gives you good energy, that inspires you
  • Let off steam: play sports, shout, jump, hit (preferably not someone), in short, release the negative energy that's holding you back

Smile :) And yes, you should know that smiling daily helps to maintain a positive atmosphere around you.

TAKING CARE OF THE EVERYDAY

Take each day as it comes, with the good and the bad. Create a rhythm of life that suits you so you feel in harmony with your surroundings.

Are you a live wire? Plan a thousand things in your day, don't give yourself time to breathe if that's what suits you.
