Returns and refunds
How do I return one or more items?
All our returns are free.
Returns are handled by Mondial Relay . Please contact us via email at contact@noliju.com and provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will then contact you and send you a Mondial Relay label to print and affix to your package before dropping it off at your chosen Mondial Relay point . You can find information on choosing the most convenient point for you here: https://www.mondialrelay.fr/trouver-le-point-relais-le-plus-proche-de-chez-moi/ .
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return via Mondial Relay, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your package and process your refund. Your refund will then be visible in your bank account within 2 to 5 business days.
What are the return conditions?
To be reimbursed for your return, each item must be unworn and accompanied by all of its original tags.
How do I make a claim for a defective or damaged item?
If you have any doubts after receiving your product, please contact us via our customer service email contact@noliju.com and provide us with your order number and the name of the product concerned.
After validation by our customer service, we will send you a Mondial Relay label to print and affix to your parcel. You can then drop off your parcel at a Mondial Relay collection point. You can find out how to choose the most convenient collection point for you here: https://www.mondialrelay.fr/trouver-le-point-relais-le-plus-proche-de-chez-moi/ .
Upon receipt of your return, we will be able to offer you an exchange or a refund.
How much does it cost to return an order?
It's free! We cover 100% of your returns.
How do I find my Mondial Relay collection point to make my return?

My Mondial Relay voucher is no longer valid, what should I do?
You have up to 30 days from the date of dispatch of our Mondial Relay voucher to use the label for your return. If the label is no longer valid, please contact us via our customer service email at contact@noliju.com and we will send you a new Mondial Relay label.
Shipping and delivery
How can I track my package?
To track your package sent by La Poste (Colissimo or tracked letter), simply use your tracking number, registered on your Noliju account, and go to the La Poste website to follow its delivery stages.
For all Express shipments, you can also track your delivery progress on the various corresponding websites using your tracking number found in your Noliju account.
To track your Mondial Relay parcel, simply have your tracking number ready and go to the Mondial Relay website to follow the different delivery stages.
What are the normal delivery times?
France: 3 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-10 business days
What are the possible delivery methods?
For delivery, we offer shipping with La Poste : by tracked letter or via Colissimo, an Express service if you are in a hurry or the Mondial Relay service for delivery to a relay point.
How can I change my delivery address before receiving my package?
For any change of delivery address, please contact us via our customer service email contact@noliju.com and provide us with your order number and your new address.
How can I change my address before placing my order?
Nothing could be simpler, I go to my Noliju account and click on ''View my addresses'' then on "Create a new address".
How do I find a Mondial Relay collection point?

How to choose an eco-friendly parcel (Hipli or our compostable parcel)?
We've chosen to offer you a delivery service that reflects our values: respectful and committed. Choosing Hipli means making a meaningful gesture for the planet by reducing e-commerce packaging waste.
Choosing Hipli packaging means choosing recycled, traceable and reusable packaging (up to 100 times).
To help you make this choice, Noliju has decided to finance 50% of it, offering it to you for just €1! (instead of €2) And that's just for you!
How does it work? Select the Hipli package when placing your order for just €1!
- Receive your order in a Hipli package
- Fold the Hipli packaging to return it to the sender
- Drop the Hipli pouch in any mailbox.
To offer you another alternative, we provide plant-based packaging with every order, which is compostable.
Information about my order
How do I cancel an order?
You have 14 days after receiving your package to cancel your order and proceed with a return.
For all returns, the procedure below must be followed in its entirety:

To make your return and receive a refund, each item must be unworn and accompanied by all of its original tags.
How do I modify my order after it has been validated?
For any order modifications, please contact us via our customer service email contact@noliju.com and provide us with your order number, as well as the information necessary to modify your order.
How do I remove an item from my cart?
To remove a product from your cart, simply delete the item at the cart confirmation stage or by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner of the Noliju website.
How do I place an order?
You complete your order by following these steps:
- You select the chosen products and add them to your cart after selecting the desired size.
The shopping cart located at the top right of the screen informs you that it has taken into account the selections by indicating the number of products it contains.
- You check the contents of your basket by clicking on "Order" to access the order summary. You can then modify your order (product, size, quantity).
The total amount including VAT of the order, distinguishing on the one hand the price due for the products and on the other hand the delivery costs, is then indicated in the summary.
Once the order has been checked and modified if necessary, you validate your basket to finalize your order by clicking again on "Pay for your order".
If you have a discount code, you will need to enter it in the designated space in order to benefit from it.
- Enter your delivery and billing details
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields; unless otherwise specified, the billing address will automatically be the same as the delivery address.
If you have already created an account during a previous visit to the site, you already have a customer account. In this case, you will be able to log in with your email address and password.
You will then check all the information and click on "Validate" to continue your order.
- Order confirmation
Upon acceptance of your payment, you will receive an email confirming your order and summarizing all the items ordered, the billing and delivery address, and the delivery date.
Order validation and order confirmation will be sent to you by email from Noliju following acceptance of payment.
Some items are missing from my order, what should I do?
If you have any problems with your order, please contact us via our customer service email contact@noliju.com and provide us with your order number, as well as the missing items.
The item I want to order is no longer available, what should I do?
If the item of your choice is no longer available, we advise you to write to us at contact@noliju.com and we will notify you when your product arrives on our site.

What payment methods are offered?
The payment step takes place after you have entered your contact details.
You can pay by credit card or PayPal account directly on the website. Payment by check is not accepted. You will need to provide your credit card number, expiration date, and security code (CV). You will then confirm your order. After confirming your payment, your order will be finalized.
I can't select a payment method, what should I do?
We recommend refreshing the page or restarting the order process. Your preferred payment method may not be available or there may be a problem with it.
How do I pay for my order via PayPal?
If you have a PayPal account, you can pay very easily and quickly with PayPal Express without having to re-enter all your personal information.
How do I get an invoice?
If you have placed an order, you will have the option to request your invoice by writing to us at contact@noliju.com and providing us with your order tracking number.
Are your payments secure?
Transactions carried out on the site are secured by the payment system of our partner, Atos.
All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This data cannot be detected, intercepted, or used by third parties. At no time does your financial data pass through our company's computer system.

Sign up for our newsletter and be the first to know about our special offers! Plus, we'll give you a 10% discount on your next order after you sign up.
I am not receiving the newsletter even though I am subscribed to it, what should I do?
We advise you to check your spam folder or perhaps register with a different email address.

Promotions and gift cards
How do I use my promo code?
If you have a discount code, you will need to enter it in the "discount code" field provided for this purpose during the payment summary step after clicking the "Payment" button, then click the "Apply" button next to it. You will then see the discount applied to your order.
My promo code isn't working, what should I do?
We recommend writing it in capital letters, without spaces, and without copying and pasting. If the problem persists, please write to us at contact@noliju.com .
Are returns and exchanges possible with my gift card?
We do not offer refunds on gift cards. Only exchanges for other items of equal value are possible.
Noliju presales
What is a pre-sale?
Pre-ordering is an eco-responsible sales method that allows us to offer you a unique piece before its production, based on photos or videos of our prototype. You then have one month to pre-order, and we will make your piece as soon as the pre-order period ends. This method allows us to produce just the right quantity to meet demand and avoid overstocking, which generates textile pollution.

How do I pre-order an item?
You can participate in our presales by going to the " Presales" dropdown menu in our main menu and selecting "Our Upcoming Presales" . The full name of the current presale will be displayed at the top of the dropdown menu.
When will I receive my pre-ordered item?
At the end of the pre-sale, we'll launch production in our factory, which will manufacture your beautiful technical pieces as quickly as possible! We will, of course, keep you informed of the different stages throughout the process via email.
Generally, it takes 6 to 8 weeks after the pre-sale closes for you to receive your item made just for you.
Covid
What Covid standards are being used?
We adhere to current health and safety standards and pack your parcels while wearing gloves. All our surfaces are cleaned using disinfectant products.
All our clothes are clean and new.
