How do I return one or more items?
All our returns are free.
Returns are handled by Mondial Relay . Please contact us via email at contact@noliju.com and provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will then contact you and send you a Mondial Relay label to print and affix to your package before dropping it off at your chosen Mondial Relay point . When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return via Mondial Relay, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your package and process your refund. Your refund will then be visible in your bank account within 2 to 5 business days.
What are the return conditions?
To be reimbursed for your return, each item must be unworn and accompanied by all of its original tags.
How do I make a claim for a defective or damaged item?
If you have any doubts after receiving your product, please contact us via our customer service email contact@noliju.com and provide us with your order number and the name of the product concerned.
After validation by our customer service, we will send you a Mondial Relay label to print and affix to your parcel. You can then drop off your parcel at a Mondial Relay collection point. Upon receipt of your return, we will be able to offer you an exchange or a refund.

My Mondial Relay voucher is no longer valid, what should I do?
You have up to 30 days from the date our Mondial Relay voucher was sent to use the label for your return. If the label is no longer valid, please contact us via our customer service email. contact@noliju.com and we will send you a new Mondial Relay label.
