HERE'S A TIP FROM NOLIJU , FOR A GREAT DAY!

6:30 am:
To start this day, we're taking inspiration from Hal Elrod's Miracle Morning, so you shouldn't get up too late; anyway, with work and the kids, it's already mission accomplished 😂
And what better way to keep going until 1 p.m. than with a super healthy and complete breakfast!

7 a.m.
After this delicious breakfast, nothing beats a good natural detox mask, homemade with your own ingredients, which will gently awaken your skin and give you a lovely complexion for the day.
HERE IS THE RECIPE:
-½ avocado
-1 spoonful of honey
-½ banana
Crush and mix everything in a bowl and apply it to your face using a brush. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes to let the magic happen ✨
During this break, take the opportunity to tidy up your house, create your To Do List or even relax on your sofa, simply do what you enjoy.
7:15 am:
After rinsing off your mask, it's time to get dressed, the most complicated moment: choosing your outfit 😫

You're all set and ready to go to the office, or simply comfortable for a day of working from home!
12:15 PM:
After an intense morning of meetings, writing and reading emails, what better way to clear your head than a run? So, put on your sneakers and let's go!
Here we'll suggest some magnificent spots in the Alpes-Maritimes and Var regions where you can stretch your legs.

Back at the office, make sure you stay hydrated! The intense exercise you did just before requires proper hydration 💧
And that's where a detox drink will be your best ally! It has numerous benefits and allows you to drink throughout the day with more fun than a simple bottle of water!

That's the end of the day! Time to go home.
Generally, we take care of our children, prepare meals, tidy up, and finish up the last few work files. But it's also important to know how to relax and take care of ourselves 💆🏼♀️, by drinking a nice glass of wine, for example (remember, excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health), chatting with family, doing our nails, writing a few lines, or even taking a nice hot shower 🚿
AND FOR THAT, HERE IS A SUPER SIMPLE AND PERFECT BODY SCRUB FOR YOUR SKIN:
-Coffee
-Coconut oil
Then simply mix the two together and gently massage your skin. The coffee awakens your skin and stimulates blood circulation, while the coconut oil moisturizes and soothes, leaving your skin feeling incredibly soft!
After your shower, don't hesitate to apply a moisturizing lotion for truly baby-soft skin 👶🏻
9 PM:
And Noliju 's final tip for ending your day on a high note: meditation! Indeed, meditation is a relaxing practice that can help calm stress and anxiety. It will allow you to unwind and regulate your cardiovascular system while immersing you in a moment of serenity with yourself.
This can be done several times a week and for an unlimited duration!
