Ingredients :
- 160g ricotta
- 120g Philadelphia-type cream cheese
- 105ml oat milk
- 40g whole cane sugar
- 30g dark chocolate
- 6g fresh mint leaves
Preparation :
- The night before, take a bowl and pour in the milk, then roughly tear the fresh mint leaves into the same bowl. Don't forget to mix everything together and then leave it to infuse overnight in the refrigerator.
- The next day, pour the leaves and milk into the blender, and blend them together until there are no more pieces of mint leaves.
- Add the cream cheese, ricotta and sugar and blend everything again until smooth.
- Cut the dark chocolate into small pieces and pour them into the mixture, mix everything together without blending.
- Finally, pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and start the machine for 30 minutes.
Your ice cream is ready, you can enjoy it or put it in the freezer!
