Hello, my name is Maurine, I'm from Tournai (in Belgium). I've been a kindergarten teacher for 8 years. I look after children aged 4 to 6! It's fascinating! In my free time, I like to prepare workshops for my class, I take Italian lessons for fun, and I do a lot of sports.
I run, I swim, and I try to do road cycling.
I love my city! Tournai is truly a beautiful city! Running in the city or on the boulevard is a pleasure!
- What got you into running?
I started doing sports quite late... around 23 years old, I started taking classes (zumba, abs and glutes, etc.) then I started running on my own and going to 10km races. Then, I joined a running club in my area: Coach Running.
- How long have you been running?
I've been running for almost 4 years!
- What do you like about running?
It clears my mind! Running allows me to recharge… relax… and clear my head!
And if I've had a big day, I'll go for a run and then I'll be fully recharged and ready to face the rest of the day.
- What do you think is the best spot for running in your area?
A favorite spot? I don't really have one… if I want to hurry, I go to the neighborhood. If I want hills, I go to Mont Saint-Aubert, for example… If I just want to see my running buddies, I meet them anywhere!
- Why did you want to represent the Noliju brand?
The brand is really great! Feminine and refined! It's truly beautiful! Sometimes running clothes don't flatter women. Thank you, Noliju!!
- What are your ambitions as a Noliju ambassador?
To make it as widely known as possible and to showcase this brand in all the sporting events I participate in.
- What is your favorite item of clothing from Noliju? And why?
I love my white KW! It's so beautiful! And all the girls are always asking me where it's from because it's really lovely, and like I said before, it's a nice change from the neon KWs of all the other brands…
