First, regarding the outfit:

First and foremost, the most important thing: a water bottle! Staying hydrated is essential, so remember to drink at least 1 liter of water during your workout and even afterward throughout the rest of the day. This will ensure better metabolism and promote skin tissue regeneration.
Then a microfiber towel, for the comfort of your session to wipe away sweat during the effort, it's more pleasant!
Don't forget your headphones or earbuds for extra motivation! For example, with a workout playlist and a good beat! Go girl!
Eat! We can't stress this enough, but eating a protein bar, a piece of fruit, or a little something to avoid having an empty stomach is essential!
The idea is to avoid hypoglycemia and possibly fainting… Ouch!
If you practice yoga or any floor sport, don't forget your favorite yoga mat to ensure maximum comfort. It will also be useful for stretching at the end of your session.
