This can cause discomfort which is ultimately a "warning", asking us to purify our body of the waste it has accumulated.

 Yes, even if you pay attention to your diet and play sports, the production of toxins and pollutants is inevitable!

Through the metabolism of food (slow sugars, proteins, fats, not to mention the additives in processed products, even organic ones...), cosmetics, air, pollution, water, plastic residues, medications, alcohol... the annual spring detox ritual is the solution to free your body from these balance disruptors.

According to the art of living in naturopathy, detox is practiced two to three times a year to maintain an optimal body, which will also have an impact on the mind and resistance to stress.

I'm sharing with you the 3 tips that have given the best results to the hundreds of people I've helped with detox!

 Tip #1

We clean by the plate, which already gives good results.

A break from 100% wheat gluten and animal dairy products.

This is the basic principle: avoid what clogs the body.

Why these two categories of food?

Modern wheat and its derivatives (spelt or spelt, common wheat, etc.) have been genetically modified, hybridized... result: inflammation of tissues, mucous membranes, fatigue, digestive problems (leaky gut) and transit, eczema, mental fog... and less energy during sports sessions!

Dairy products have three points of impact on the body: casein (which has the same effects as wheat gluten), lactose which disrupts blood sugar levels, and growth hormones which boost the growth of all cells, both good and pathogenic, in a way that is not adapted to humans.

So we replace bread, pasta, pies, cakes made from wheat or spelt with their einkorn or gluten-free versions (you can find them in organic stores and even in supermarkets).

And a small yogurt at the end of the meal, either the version made with plant-based milk (almond, oat, coconut...) or an organic compote without added sugar.

Finally, I encourage you to increase the amount of vegetables you eat and to start your meals with raw or cooked vegetables: your cells will receive a shot of nutrients that will bring you satiety and better digestion!

 Tip #2
