Born from the world of running, Noliju offers today's women trendy and technical activewear that allows you to be chic both on the go and in the city. From the very beginning of Noliju, it was essential for us to offer quality clothing with a strong ethical commitment.

The importance of ecology in our society is a subject at the heart of our concerns. Our consumption is therefore becoming increasingly mindful in order to protect our environment and our future. At Noliju, we use several approaches to contribute to this effort: local manufacturing and sourcing, the versatility and durability of our products, the integration of recycled or bio-based materials into our manufacturing process, and the option to purchase our items through a pre-order system to limit overstocking.

We have chosen to use only fabrics sourced from the European Union. Noliju is very proud to include many French fabrics in its collections. These choices allow us to offer high-quality products, both in terms of the materials themselves, whose origin we can verify, and in the impeccable finishing of the finished garments. We work with reliable and certified partners who guarantee not only product quality but also respect for working conditions. This also allows us to be more responsive and offer shorter delivery times.

We wanted our fabric manufacturers and production facilities to be as close as possible to our headquarters on the French Riviera. This allowed us to use road transport rather than air freight, significantly reducing our carbon footprint thanks to the short distances to our Riviera headquarters. We then handle the shipping of your packages ourselves, directly from our headquarters. This way, we limit the environmental impact generated by the much more polluting modes of transport traditionally used by the fast fashion industry.

Producing technical, eco-responsible clothing in France and Portugal using premium French and Italian fabrics allows us to offer high-quality products at a fair price that reflects social and environmental costs. This is our first responsible step towards more sustainable and green fashion. For example, our Aventurier swimsuit, the flagship piece of our latest season, was made entirely from recycled fabric sourced from old fishing nets recovered from the Mediterranean Sea.

Econyl is a 100% recycled and recyclable nylon fiber made from plastic waste collected from landfills and the oceans. It is an eco-friendly alternative to nylon, helping to reduce air pollution and damage to aquatic ecosystems.

Indeed, to produce this fiber, abandoned fishing nets found at sea must be recovered, representing 10% of the polluting waste on the ocean floor, along with bottles, industrial plastic, and fabric scraps. This waste is retrieved, cleaned, and recycled to extract as much nylon as possible. Through a regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled back to its original form and transformed into a new textile yarn, Econyl. This fiber allows for the creation of new recycled and recyclable garments at the end of their life. It is important to note that the technical properties of this fiber are the same as traditional polyamide, with excellent elasticity and strength. Thus, products made from this fiber are perfectly suited for everyday or athletic wear. #NolimitJustU

This eco-responsible approach also guided us in the design of our collections, with pieces designed to be versatile and usable in different situations. Indeed, the lines between sport and fashion are increasingly blurred, and we wanted to design pieces that allow for a smoother transition between the two.
