Hello! Introducing myself in a few sentences… That's a tough challenge, everyone knows I'm not exactly a pro at brevity! Just look at my Instagram posts and my "novel-like" articles to see for yourself. Born in a small village in the Corrèze region, I grew up in the Paris area, far from nature and the Limousin region. Nevertheless, I maintain a very strong connection to the great outdoors and return there as often as possible… Hence my love for hiking and trail running in particular; sports I also practice out of necessity and a passion for pushing my limits. Pushing my own limits, not those of others!
But it's all well and good to be a bundle of energy; I'm also searching for well-being and serenity. And all of that—sports, wellness, my challenges, my silly jokes—I love sharing it on my Instagram account and my blog!
WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO RUNNING?
My Air Force reservist training! And yes, who would have thought… I may not have the physique of GI Joe, but I have the spirit of a fighter. So, naturally, when I'm given a challenge, I jump right in and I like to see things through. During my training, I realized I was really, really bad, totally hopeless, Dewoods! So that made me want to go further afterwards!
HOW LONG, WHAT DISTANCE ARE YOU RUNNING?
Whoa! It varies enormously depending on the day, the races I'm training for, my mood… Let's say on average between 40 and 50 kilometers per week at the moment. I'm more of a trail runner and I'm increasingly lengthening the distances of my official races, so naturally that requires a significant training load.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT RUNNING?
Originally, it was simply about being able to do some sport. A pair of sneakers, a semblance of a running track, and off I went. Over time, it's also about the challenges I've set for myself, the friends I've met, the memories. More than just the kilometers I've covered month after month, it's a sport that greatly shapes my daily life.
WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE BEST SPOT FOR RUNNING IN YOUR AREA?
You might think that we're not spoiled for choice in Paris. Well, if you love wide open spaces and mountains like me, that's not entirely wrong. But honestly, there's plenty to do in the Parc de Saint-Cloud or the Bois de Boulogne! And also in Vincennes or Fontainebleau. And for those who love city streets, the riverbanks are a must!
WHY DID YOU WANT TO REPRESENT THE NOLIJU BRAND?
I am a big consumer of sports and by extension of sportswear… and even though I tend to put on my running T-shirts and not overthink it, I think that feeling feminine and comfortable in my clothes is also important.
WHAT ARE YOUR AMBITIONS AS A NOLIJU AMBASSADOR?
First and foremost, I want to help a French brand grow. I think it's fantastic to take on a challenge like this. Hooray for France! Even more so with such beautiful collections. So if I can help a little and contribute to the adventure… Let's go!

I love the Manu bra So pretty! And yet, I don't run in sports bras, but I like knowing I'm wearing a pretty piece; it's my little secret.
