At the request of many everyday champions , We We've decided to regularly share healthy and easy-to-prepare recipes with you 😉. Today, we're presenting our first 3 recipes to help you enjoy delicious food while eating healthily 😊
HOMEMADE GRANOLA
First up, homemade granola, perfect for breakfast or as an afternoon snack. Serve it with fromage blanc, fruit, and a drizzle of honey for an extra touch of indulgence. There are countless different recipes for making homemade granola; the main ingredients are rolled oats, nuts, dried fruit, oil, and sugar. Then, the possibilities are endless, depending on your tastes and preferences. ☺️
For this recipe, we're sharing Agnès's little secrets, aka @elinokan , a super athlete and accomplished mom 💪🏼 who gives us her organic and gluten-free version of granola.
INGREDIENTS :
- 200g of large gluten-free oat flakes
- 50g of pumpkin seeds
- 50g of sunflower seeds
- 30g of ground flaxseed
- 50g of grated coconut
- 80g of crushed walnuts
- 60g of liquid coconut sugar
- 60g of maple syrup
- 50g of melted coconut oil
1) Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2) Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3) Bake for 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees
4) Mix again for 12 minutes then let cool on the baking sheet without touching to get nice little ones.
DETOX WATER
For freshness and lightness, try detox water. This water, infused with delicious fresh fruit, keeps you hydrated throughout the day while detoxifying your body. The principle is simple: chop up fresh fruit and add water! The beneficial properties of the fruit will help eliminate toxins from your body, leaving you feeling your best. 👌🏼
To make your Detox Water, you can choose the fruits that suit you best based on their properties. Lemon is most often used. You can combine it with thyme, ginger, mint, but also apple, cucumber, and raspberry.
But you can obviously use other fruits such as oranges and red fruits which can be combined with aromatic plants like rosemary.

Today, discover the Watermelon, Cucumber and Mint Detox Water:
INGREDIENTS
- 1 organic cucumber
- 1/2 watermelon
- 1 lime
- 1 bunch of mint leaves
- 1 liter of water
1) Wash the cucumber and then slice it into thin rounds.
2) Remove the rind from the watermelon and cut it into pieces
3) Cut the lime in half and then squeeze it to extract the juice
4) Wash the mint and separate the leaves.
5) Take a glass jar and place the cucumber slices at the bottom, then add the watermelons and mint leaves.
6) Pour water into the jar with the lime juice and stir.
7) Close the jar and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow it to infuse.
AVOCADO TOAST
A brunch favorite, avocado toast is rich in fiber and antioxidants. Indulge in the creamy taste of avocado topped with a poached egg for an extra touch of indulgence.
INGREDIENTS FOR TWO SLICES OF TOAST:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 large slices of wholemeal bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Spices
- 1/4 lemon
The lawyer
1) Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and the skin, then scoop out the flesh.
2) Put the meat in a salad bowl
3) Add the oil, salt, pepper and lemon to prevent the avocado from oxidizing.
4) Crush everything so that it is smooth but some pieces remain.
You can add spices to enhance the flavor, such as paprika or Ras El Hanout.
Poached eggs
5) Bring a saucepan of water and a spoonful of vinegar to a boil.
6) Crack each egg into a glass.
7) When the water boils, turn off the heat and gently place the egg in the water.
8) Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon after 3-4 minutes to obtain a runny yolk. The egg is cooked when it rises to the surface.
9) Plunge them directly into ice water then place them on absorbent paper.
10) Toast the bread slices and spread the avocado on top.
11) Add an egg to each slice of bread and sprinkle with spices.
You can add a slice of salmon rich in omega-3 or some feta cheese for extra deliciousness! 😍
